Where are my files processed?

Images and basic PDF tools run on your device. Office and advanced PDF conversions are uploaded to our servers in Kazakhstan; results are available for 2 hours and then deleted. Each conversion shows where it runs before you start.

How do I restore Pro on a new device?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Pro and its shared allowance come back; temporary files from other devices do not.

How do I cancel?

In the app tap Settings → Manage Subscription, or open your Apple Account subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Why did a scanned PDF fail to become Word?

Convertoom does not use OCR, so scanned pages have no text to rebuild. Such files fail without using a conversion.
